FAQs

Warranty – Heritage PhotoArtTM guarantees our customer’s satisfaction and will make every possible attempt to fully satisfy a customer’s requirements. We warranty our prints against defects in workmanship. Any PhotoArt misprinted or damaged upon receipt will be reprinted and shipped at no cost to the customer.

Sizes – Heritage PhotoArt standard prints are on 19” x 13” photo grade paper. The actual printed image is 18-1/4″ wide x 12″ high with a white 1/8” border surrounding the image. This size will fit within a 24″ wide x 18″ high mat that has a top, left, right margin of 2-3/4”; bottom margin 3” and will fit any standard 18” x 24” inside dimension frame. Custom Size Print(s) – any other size print at any quantity are also available. Contact us to quote.

Life – We use archival fine art print process and papers – PhotoArts are printed on only the finest luster white, museum grade neutral pH paper with archival quality inks. We use Epson® brand products to assure our customers that their PhotoArt prints will retain their color vibrancy without fade or yellowing for a period of 50 years provided the print was framed under UV inhibiting glass or acrylic.

Payment – We review the scans and info you send us and will promptly e-mail you a Price Confirmation with payment instructions. You are under no obligation. Upon your payment we will immediately begin creating your Heritage PhotoArt.

Delivery – Finished PhotoArt prints typically ship within two weeks after payment.

Changes / Errors – Customer changes may incur an additional charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct images, titles, text or names for correct spelling when sending us your order and pictures. Any error by Heritage PhotoArt will be corrected free of charge.

Cancellation – Any Heritage PhotoArt project cancelled after your payment is received may incur our costs for work accomplished up to the cancellation time. Customer will be refunded any balance.

Mat & Frames – Mats and frames are not available from us at this time.

Copyrights – Customer agrees that they own or have permission to use all images supplied by them to Heritage PhotoArt and indemnifies Heritage PhotoArt from any misused reproduction or copyright violation(s). Visit “Copyright Basics” for more information.

Customer Images – Customer images and their Heritage PhotoArt will be archived by for future reprints. Customer supplied CDs, DVDs of images sent to us will not be returned. Customer USB Flash Drives will be returned.

Usage – Heritage PhotoArts are copyrighted and may not be reproduced for public sale, use or distribution without our permission.

Privacy – Heritage PhotoArt never shares or sells customer information. We will never identify actual customers on our website or in promotions.

Refunds – Customer agrees to hold Heritage PhotoArt blameless for any losses, damages or personal duress resulting from the use of our services for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to delivery delays, quality issues, shipping damage, or errors. No compensation will made beyond free reprinting and shipping of the customer’s PhotoArt.
